Sometimes. For most cholesterol, metabolic, and GLP-1 medications, we will ask for recent labs so our team can prescribe and monitor safely. You can upload existing recent results.

We work with pharmacies that ship many medications, and you can always pick your own pharmacy instead. If a physician approves the prescription, we send it to the pharmacy you chose, and you pay them directly for the medication.

We do our best to figure out your eligibility before any purchase. In the scenario where you are not approved, a physician will explain why and may recommend a different option, additional testing, or face-to-face evaluation.

With Instalab+, yes. You can request dose adjustments or switch to a different medication at any time, and your care team will update the prescription. If you bought through an online visit, your prescription covers the same dose for up to one year; renewing after that takes a new online visit, and dose changes require Instalab+.
